At Runson Pharma, we take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. Due to the health, safety, and hygiene nature of Ayurvedic and nutritional healthcare products, we follow a strict policy regarding returns and refunds.
4.1 Conditions for Return / Replacement
We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been successfully delivered. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost only in the following cases:
- The item is physically damaged during transit.
- There is a manufacturing defect in the product.
- A wrong item is delivered to you.
4.2 Reporting Window & Mandatory Details (48 Hours)
- Any issue regarding damage, defect, or wrong product must be reported via email at carerunson@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the package.
- Mandatory documents: In your email, please provide your order number and reason for return, along with clear unboxing images/videos that clearly show the product’s batch number and the original invoice.
- Runson Pharma shall not be responsible or liable for any items sent back to us without our prior email confirmation. Reports made after 48 hours of delivery will not be entertained.
4.3 Product Inspection & Stock Availability
- For safety reasons, opened, unsealed, or used products cannot be returned or replaced under any circumstances. Any product with a broken seal, signs of improper handling, or damaged/torn packaging will be rejected.
- We will initiate the refund or replacement process only after the products are received back at our warehouse and verified.
- Replacements are subject to stock availability. If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.
4.4 Refund Process & Timelines
Once your return request is verified and approved at our warehouse, the refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days:
- For prepaid orders: The refund will be automatically processed back to the original payment method (credit/debit card, net banking, or UPI) used for payment. It may take an additional 2–3 banking days to reflect in your account.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: We will initiate a direct bank transfer for the refund. For this, the customer must share valid bank details (account holder name, account number, and IFSC code) from their registered email ID to our official email.
4.5 Policy Changes
We reserve the right to change or update this policy at any time without prior notice. Such changes shall be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
- Mandatory Details for Damage/Wrong Product: While reporting within 48 hours at carerunson@gmail.com, customers must share their Order Number along with clear unboxing images/videos clearly showing the product’s Batch Number and the original Invoice.
Mode of Refund: For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed to the original payment mode within 5-7 business days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be processed via direct bank transfer after the customer shares valid bank details from their registered email ID.
