Shipping & Delivery Policy

3.1 Shipping Charges

• We offer free shipping on all orders with a minimum order value of ₹450 and above across India.
• For orders below ₹450, a nominal shipping and handling fee of ₹50 will be charged at checkout.

3.2 Order Processing & Dispatch

• All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days from the time the order is placed.
• Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays and public holidays.

3.3 Delivery Timeline

• Once dispatched, standard delivery takes 3 to 7 working days across India, depending on your location.
• Tracking details will be sent via SMS/email once the package is shipped, allowing you to track your delivery in real time.

3.4 Delayed Delivery

While we ensure prompt dispatch, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen courier delays, extreme weather, or national holidays. Runson Pharma will actively assist you in tracking and resolving any delivery issues.

3.5 Incorrect Address

Please ensure that the delivery address and contact number provided are accurate. We will not be responsible for non-delivery, or delivery to the wrong address, if incorrect details were provided at the time of placing the order.
